Xin Huang, the Founder and CEO of SynaXG, brings three decades of expertise in wireless communications, spanning VSAT, CDMA, WiMAX, and 5G technologies. Formerly at ArrayComm, Xin led global teams to deliver innovative solutions for commercial networks.
With a robust engineering background and a collaborative leadership style, Xin is known for his adept problem-solving in the wireless industry. His strategic vision is integral to SynaXG’s journey in creating cutting-edge technologies based on open architecture.
Xin holds a Bachelor’s in Electronic Engineering from Tsinghua University and a Master’s from the University of Texas at Austin. His transformative leadership continues to drive SynaXG’s success in the evolving wireless landscape.
Helen Li is the Chief Financial Officer of SynaXG. Formerly a seasoned investment banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Helen has deep expertise in the technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) sector and extensive experience in capital markets transactions, corporate finance, and strategic advisory.Beyond investment banking, Helen’s career also spanned start-ups, global technology companies, and large conglomerates, giving her broad, hands-on corporate management experience across different organizational scales and business models.
At SynaXG, Helen oversees all financial functions and leads key corporate development areas including legal, HR, corporate structuring, and strategic execution. She plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth trajectory, organizational structure, and investor engagement.
Helen holds a Bachelor of Electronics Engineering and a Bachelor of Economics from Tsinghua University, and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
